I can't sleep

for the past 2 weeks i haven't been able to sleep like a normal person, i don't know why...this is ruining my day and everything along...i've been drinking energy drink before my workout or while working out..its SPEED STACK it has 25mg of epherda and 200mg of caffeine....IF i fall to sleep then i wake up in the middle of the night like i did tonight 4:00 am...this realy sux..i wanna get some sleep...what should i do..
 
Try taking a Benadryl 1/2 hour to one hour before bedtime. It really works and it's not habit forming. It's common allergy medication.
 
i dont know how long this is going to last i did some research on the net and its a chronic dilema of sleepness...it lasts about 2 weeks then it goes away...im doing a bulking cycle right now and i know sleep is one factor of getting to grow...will this affect me alot..

Just the opposite, Melatonin suppresses natural GH release.

I'd try trytopohan and if you can't find it try turkey right before bed. Melatonin is not a good solution if you care about GH release.

Benadryl had been working for me but doesn't help with being woke up every hour or so whith my wifes knee in my back or elbow in my face.:D
 
Man, if I drank that much ephedra and caffeine, I would be up for a week. Some people are just that sensitive. Maybe you are, too.
 
stay off the uppers man ! I say melatonin it has worked for me so far but the trukey meat might help as well !

You may not find Tryptophan because it was pulled after a contaminated batch made it to the shelves,however, youcan easly find L-5-Hydroxyryptophan. This is what the body turns typtophan into, to be then converted to seratonin. If need be, try hat along wth 3 mg of melatonin. It should make you fall asleep. You can also try Valerian Root. I had some luck with that too. Hope that helps. I'd cut outdown the energy drinks too liek Chem mentioned.
 
My sleep has improved alot without any drug since I stopped drinking energy drinks that have ephedra and caffeine..

When did this happen???

I find it at web vet stores and it's L-Tryptophan.
