Give me a "Hell Yeah!"

I'm am so sick of doing cardio, and still have several weeks to go.
 
Mix it up-do my favorite:
Sprint 220, walk 220, sprint 220, walk 220 etc for 20 mins(if you can make it that long)
 
I'm doing something like that, sprint 30 seconds, jog 30 seconds, repeat, going up by 1 minute every second cardio session.

Getting up there and it's kicking my butt lately, and getting cramps too.
 
I only do low intensity cardio to raise my heart rate and light jogging, im too paranoid about losing muscle.
 
honestly, the only thing I don't like about it is the time it takes
 
I just get bored, to me there isn't much sense in running unless your playing some sport.
 
I usually watch tv (at the gym) while listening to some music, or talk to someone while doing cardio. Heck, I talked to dpsquat several times for my entire cardio session leading up to my contest!
 
that correct BG. It works great. 20-25 minutes is all it takes. great results too. I had to take a little time off it due to an injury caused by my stupidity. Just started back at it this week.
 
Hate cardio, hate it hate it hate it!

Currently 50 mins in morning after 25g of whey. This is even worse than an empty stomach! Next week it's 60 mins :(

Usually play a CD and put on the porn station on the dish. Even then, it sucks!

but the watching porno while doing cardio sounds like a great idea !might have to try it !
