Hardly a Newbie
I just had my first carbs of the day, and ive taken 2 ECA pills today. I was hurting so bad, ive eaten 2 meals and a shake but no carbs, man was i hurting
 
Keep it up-You need carbs before your football game or your energy will not be at peak performance level....

Im still feeling like somethings wrong, this is my first day cutting out a few carbs, i think ill take about 100 out today. I eat what ever i want right now, so i eat like 2 cups of rice in one sitting. but time to cut back and take 5lbs off here in teh next few weeks i hope
 
ONLY 5 lbs you are talking like you need to loose 2343 lbs....5 lbs is butter man...just cut carbs by 50 and double cardio you will loose it w/out dying from lack of carbs!
 
i dont do cardio. LOL so u think 50 is ok, i just eat most of my carbs at the wrong time of the day, at night instead of in the morning
 
dont do cardio??? brutha man ... you could leave the carbs and add the cardio and lose more weight.

I only drink one day a week, and its like 6 beers then im so drunk i cant walk. Thats like eating some icecream or something.

And i drink light beer, 100cals, 5gs carbs, 1 gram protein

If i drink enough beer it could be a protein shake
 
the 5 carbs are a lie (not you lying, but the beer co's)... that's only 24 calories you've accounted for there. The alcohol retards your metabolism, too. But one night a week isn't bad
 
So one night a week is ok, i didnt get how they accounted for the rest of the cals, but i only have about 6 when i go out. The other night i try to do school work or the gf
