2-3 hrs between meals and pends on what time of year it is for my cal totals....in season (cuttting for comp) usually start at 2500 and work my way down to 1800 or so and when I am bulking (winter) I am above 5-6k....always 50g of protein w/each meal other than that nothing exciting!
 
bulking I try to get 3800 to 4200 cals a day with 300g of pro and maybe 300 carbs

cutting = 2500- 2800 cals about 220g of pro and 150 carbs
give or take
 
2- 2.5 hours between meals

350-400 g protein
250-300 g carbs
100-150g fat(olive, flax seed oil and PB)
total cals @ 3700-4200
