Breakfast help!

Is there anything else I can have for breakfast besides eggs? I can't have dairy and oatmeal and fiber one make me bloated. Any recipes/ ideas? Preferebly around 100-200 cals.

cook lunch for breakfast, just eat chicken then. Im not a diet expert but your still getting your protein
 
Exactly FBC that is when your body is in it most depleted state and needs some good stuff in it...not to mention a good breakfast will help you feel better throughout the day
 
Well, I'm on 1300 cals. So dividing that into 6 meals leaves me with slightly more then 200 cals for each meal.
 
Remember breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper! About those other 4/5 meals,,,Ahhhhh
 
A couple of protein bars from Realdeal would be good to throw in there.

Is there a place on the internet that lists all the allowed carbs? I wonder if there're some carbs that I can have besides oatmeal, fruits, vegies, and yams.
 
If you want complex carbs you are relegated to them....brown rice is a good one to add....whole wheat bread and ezekial breat are really good for you...spelt rotini pasta is another...shoot me a pm if you have any specific questions, I will be glad to help
