Found a dead fly in my protein shake. I picked it out. Then I drank the shake.

well here is my ?, did the fly come in the protein or did it get in the protein at your house. cause if the manfacture has flys in there protein, i dont care to buy it

It looks like he made his shake he didn't buy it - or I might be wrong. You could get bigger I heard fly's carry alot of protein and carbs...should off kept it inside and drink it
