Breakfast help

ok, so i take my ECA, and 30 min later i eat.

8 eggs, two slices of cheese, and we didnt have a clean pan so i had wheat toast how does this sound?
 
Here is my morning meal(s)
Wake 5am 1 Pro complex shake(50 g protein), 2tbspn olive oil, vitamins, clomid,1/2 Clen dose
Train 5:30-6:30
1 35g protein shake right after training
7:30 5 egg sandwich w/cheese

So by 9am I have already had @ 120g protein and @ 800 cals
 
damn....fellas.....you go with your bad selfs.... I had 5 egg white omelet with fat free chese and onions and some fruit....now eating a protein bar!!!!
 
Heres mine, wake up at 8, 8 egg whites 3 yokes. 2 peices of bread.

11 schwartz lab shake with peanut butter/milk

1- 2 chicken breasts, 4 peices bread, lettice, and tomato
 
FBC why didnt you just make instant oatmeal in the microwave? that is easy....so where exactly do you need hep brO?
 
do you think that much bread is ok, its wheat. im trying to take out 50 carbs this week. I just dont know if bread is ok

I dont have any instant oatmeal
 
I would stray away from the wheat breat bro...if you want to do some kind of bread....use Ezekial...it will be in a fridge section you have to keep it fridgerated b/c it will start sprouting if you dont!
 
Kroger might but you may have to go to a health food store...I think wally world actually started carrying it around here....
 
while ill look for it man, i dont eat alot of processed food, im just tyring to get my diet a little better. Except for beer day
