But figured this will make good introduction. Preping for 3rd show, 1st one had no clue, 2nd one had too many clues and wasted away. This time, feel good so far. Started July 1st around 245lbs currently 205. Don't measure bodyfat, too hard on my head and plays mind games with me. Also getting some help this time. I will say this, no matter how much you know good idea to have objective eye to watch you and be honest!. Diet is very simple:

Protien is 6-10oz at each meal coming from eggs/red meat/chicken/fish as i get closer more fish less of rest.

Carbs are 180-220 per day with high carbs on sunday. Carbs are: Dextrose post workout, rice, oatmeal and some potato's.

Fats: CLA, Nuts, Natural PB, oilve oil, and flax if i need it.

Each body part is 1x week with saturday for touch up on arms (basicly just pump them up). Cardio is 30mins 3x week and 45-1H 2x week. I train at 6am but eat one meal mon-sat 1st, but do cardio on empty stomach on Sunday.

Cycle is basicly but too long to list but basicly: EQ/Tren/Primo/TEST/winny/var/a50/t3/lez/bromo. Using some very nice products which we get up here in canada, not sure on board rules so will not post brand. But they WORK and work well, and no i am not a rep for them.

Not bad for 6 weeks out...if I were you I would hit cardio 2x day @ 45 min each time if you arent already doing it...also kill some deads your lower back is lacking a lil bit....good luck you need any help post here, we have a lot of knowlegable bros...
 
Cardio 2x per day, and my muscle will be gone, done it before. Beleive it or not i do hit deads hard.. GENETICS! wish i had some! Carbs are cycled down a tiny bit. I have learned the hard way minor adjustments go a long way. Can also up t3 dose a tad, if need be.

whether you choose to listen to me is your perogative...in my experience and I am sure others will tell you the same, you need to do cardio 2x per day or you arent going to get lean enough, but hey that is my opinion!
 
well at 6 weeks you should be close than you are! cardio! well if you waste away then your not ingesting enough cals>>>>>>>>>>>>>>........ lower back takes some time to develop in some! conditioning wins PERIOD....... myself and other clients get HARD as nails when the plan is followed correctly just check the picks
