i have a copule of oddities that occur to me when i work out and i was just wondering if they ever happened to someone else.

When ever i'am doing curls or pull downs my elbow hurts and my neck veins start apearing and it sorta gives me a headache .

When i do squats or hack suqats and i go above 5wheels on either my knees start to crack .

i can go up in tens but if i treid to go from 65 to 70 for instance i can't do it well.

can't get the arch right for T-Bar lifts even though i can go up to 5wheels doing the wrong form.

every time i do a monster set and start walking around the gym like a peacok a bigger guys steps into the gym :p

girls pay a lot of atteion to me when i'am wearing a half sleve shirt but less when i wear tights to wrok out .

every time i try to get on a cardio machine i rember something better i should be doing .every time i get to force my self to get on the machine is full


A mixture of a lot of things both physical and mental i was just wondering if ANY of these things constantly happend to anyone else.
 
Every time i go heavy on squat people stair when theres more then 4 plates on

Never wanting to do cadio
 
Yes for sure flaming. Maybe your tights are why they stare.... not because ur strong.... Do the guys look at you?! LMAO

they are easier to wrok out in and they let heat out
dang it u guy are just NASTY!:p no wonder i feel so at home here .
