I know you said you were going to post your diet (I cant' wait):D .
I was wondering if you could also post your workouts (what exercises you do, # sets, reps..etc. do you do any cardio? what? how often how long?) :D

One more question... I know you said that all women pretty much need the same # of protein. But I was wondering if to get leaner a lighter woman would need less calories? If so, how do you figure out how much you need?

Yes, if you are looking to get leaner you will have to lower your calorie intake. First off you have to figure out how many calories you are taking in as of right now. I will post my diet and workout for you all. Just give me time. I have my diet handy but, I need to mentally think out my workout and write it down. I will defintely have it up by tomorrow.;)
