I know you said you were going to post your diet (I cant' wait) .
I was wondering if you could also post your workouts (what exercises you do, # sets, reps..etc. do you do any cardio? what? how often how long?)
One more question... I know you said that all women pretty much need the same # of protein. But I was wondering if to get leaner a lighter woman would need less calories? If so, how do you figure out how much you need?
