All my ladies.... How do you

the week before or the week of that hated time of the month do you not go crazy and eat everything in site....... My prob is the week before.... that whole week it sooooo hard for me to eat good. You ladies that are so dedicated~ (I envy you) I was just wondering how you stay dedicated and clean....... :D
 
I don't have a problem with diet around that time, except for a sweets craving. I have a candy bar and I'm satisifed - done.

I do get more tired and sleep more though.
 
Ok, I must confess. It has nothing to do with that time of the month but, I can't stay away from the junk here lately. My diet is normally very clean, but the past 2 weeks I have been eating McDonalds and Burger King and Dairy Queen's cookie dough blizzards. Damn it!!! I think I just eat clean for so long that my body goes crazy for something else then, when I do eat....I'm hooked. :( I need a hug. :(

You goto lose the taste for sweet stuff then you'll eat clean all the time trick is to not eat it so long that you lose taste for it for instance i'am distrubed by the dairy queen ads on t.v and not in a good way
don't eat it till u lose taste for it .
 
I have a snickers - once a month. I don't think that's too awful bad. You gotta indulge sometimes ;)

i don't have that kind of dicipline if i eat just on snickers bar i'd start eating junk all the time agian
and hence no more six pack

That is exactly me. If I eat it...just once...I am doomed....I crave it all the time then. It's ok to cheat once in awhile though. If you eat clean all the time your metabolism starts to slow down. So, when you do eat crap it shocks your body and speeds your metabolism back up. So all in all eating crap once in awhile can be a good thing. :D
 
yeah- I have noticed that...I will get on my kick and do so good..... but Im like you guys if I have it once I am done..... :( I go up & down ... this is just the down time right now.... I noticed it this time of month tho :(

OMG... how did I miss this thread....
last week... on Thursday I startred my diet (after your guys' help, when I actually know what I was doing). On Mon... it all went down the drain and still hasn't stopped... too mjch sugar, carbs, calories, and not nearly enough water. The thing is all this crap I'm eating makes me feel like Sh** and I still eat it. AND I feel so bloated that couldn't even exercise. Going to get a cleanse (not sure if you guys know what I'm talking about.. if you want to know I'll tell) and starting the diet again tomorrow!
 
I don't even have a period right now because I have been exercising rigorously and been dieting pretty hard but when I did I sure do remember those cravings. Usually if I have a piece of chocolate candy or something sweet it curbs my carb craving and that's it, I don't really go crazy.
