Grocery List.....

I was just wondering what is on you guys grocery list.... I know this is silly (sorry if in wrong forum) But I find myself in the grocery store going duh.... what to get.....:) Just wonder what you guys had on yours... Im sure it is all healthy right.... :D
 
I always get tuna, salmon, chicken and yogurt
Banannas, apples, carrots, oatmeal, raisins
Other stuff, of course, but I must have these things.:)

all whites egg whites
instant oatmeal
yogurt-dannon light n fit creamy (key lime)
jello-sugar free and fat free
steaks , sirloincut top cut, round, etc
butterfly pork chops
boneless skinless chicken breast (alot, lol)
lan ground beef, lots and lots
ground turkey
turkey burgers
salad mix with extra light extra virgin olive oil and vinegar dressing
on fruit per week , this week it was naval oranges
roasted unsalted peanuts
natty peanut butter (smuckers)
low carbohydrate bread
diet coke
diet cherry coke
water
cla
and if i want some cheat food, strawberry twizzlers
(i usually get a few musclemags,flex, muscular development, etc)
 
I usually get Salmon in the can, 2lbs of lean ground round, 2 whole chicken breasts. 2 dozen eggs. oatmeal, poptarts. Baby stuff. That is usually every day. as well as other things
 
I always get the basics...chicken, red meat, tuna, fish brown rice, sweet potatoes, bluberries, strawberries. And of course, donuts, cupcakes, candy bars........for the kids of course. ;)
 
this is what i eat in a week (i'am senstive pls no one make fun ESEPIACLLY U footballcat)

7 cans of tuna (white)
One jumbo family pack of kellogs bran flakes (yeah man the ones with the raisns )
a dozen bananas
brown whole weat bread (not sure how much i'am always running out )
milk
feta cheese at least 10Lbs of it .
yeah and frozen jucie
hmmmmmmmm
what else
yes a lot of cold cuts and low fat mayo (NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THE MAYO lol:p)

Pudgy...my list has about 90% of what you have.... I knew we were made for each other.... hahahaha

Costco - every week for me, 2 kids and the wife

10 lbs - Chicken breasts
5 lbs - Flank steak
5 lbs - Top loin or Porterhouse steak
5 lbs - center cut pork chops/boneless or baby back ribs
12 cans BumbleBee water packed tuna
12 cans water packed chicken breast
2 bags spring green salad mix
1 jar roasted pepper salad
1 jar Peter Luger steak sauce
1 package Abelito (sp?) tortilla chips
1 package sliced turkey breast

Every other week Costco

20 lb bag potatoes
5 lb bag onions

Once a month Costco

1 gallon Olive Oil
Assorted cereals (for the kids)


From the supermarket

2-3 lbs cucumbers
2-3 lbs tomatoes
2-3 lbs shallots
1-2 bottles Wishbone Just 2 Good Low fat dressing
2 gallons 2% milk
2 dozen eggs
1-2 Lemons
1-2 Limes
fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, tarragon)
Oatmeal
some fresh fruits - grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew mellon, apples, pears, bananas

From a fish store

every Friday either 2 lbs shrimp, sole, tuna or salmon or whatever looks good.
 
wow....very detailed there Morgan........ good job!! ;) Gotta love the kids huh.... that is what is hard on the diet having the food there for them that (is not so good for you) ;)
 
I love me some cold cereal lol.....ummm ummm I buy chicken chicken and more chicken...I am actually growing feathers!
