Anything I can do to obtain a more "lifted" look in the chest area??? To be more specific, to work the lower pecs?

Hanging dips...lean forward. Yeah, it isolates Triceps but with that lean forward you should feel tension in the lower pecs. I knw alot of people who've used decline presses for that purpose, but it's really not practical...very bad for the shoulders.

Dumbells, mianly decline dumbell press & decline dumbell flies for the lower chest to give you that lift. Dumbells dont bother the shoulder as will the barbell. Dumbells are the best for sculpting your chest because you can get shuch a good squeez. Just my .02

I dont do chest ..... I know I should but dont.... Im sorry hun... where is spanishfly and her kick ass self or petite when you need them? :D

chelle , buy this months muscle media magazine, look for a workout with an incline postion and underhanded grip on the dumbells that hits the lower chest it is a killer. it works. (tip-the excercise is depicted by a woman on a bench lower lh of the page if i remember correctly.) its hard to describe but it works. muscle media is a small mag so it shouldnt be hard to find in it.

My chest work out consists of the following exercises:

bench press 4sets of 12-15 reps
incline dumbbells 4 set 12-15reps
cable cross over 4 sets 12-15 reps
pec deck machine 4 sets 12-15
push ups to burn the muscles out

sometimes I add in or switch a few exercises with some of the hammer strength machines

I am very small chested(negative A..LOL) so there really ins't much for me to try and "lift", but this workout definitely does add some size to my chest.

Exercises to hit the lower pecs:

Decline bench press
Cable crossovers from the bottom of the machice

You can work the muscles around your breasts, but since you've had kids..
...it's not likely they're gonna move back up unless you get them lifted with surgery.
One of my sisters had hers done after she had her last child because she's very vain.. *LMAO*
But, I'm pretty particular about my titties too soOo I'll most likely have something done after {if} I have kids since I would breast feed..

I keep mine perky by~
Inclined dumbbells {underhand grip as Pudgy mentioned}
Pec deck machine 3 sets {adjust the seat to 3 different heights}
Cable cross overs
Push ups
At work, you can do isometric exercises by pressing your palms together, place your hands on your desk & do a few sets of pushups.. in between gym visits.
