Thanks guys, I feel a lot better these days. Biggest thrill for me is to go into a store and look for the 30" waist jeans instead of the 40" ones.

abs are extremely genetic morgan. very impressive my friend every time i see this i am re-inspired. keep it up. all things in your life revolve around your attitude. life is 90 percent attitude . with your attitude and feeling good and looking good not hampering it, you will surely be fulfilled in all of your pursuits.

Something you said a while back, it's in my head every day "I climbed that mountain". Can't remember what it was from or in what context, but it helps me keep going.

morgan u are boivusly working hard and are proud of your achivemnts i know u are wise and realise you still have a lot to do and have come a long way into a healther stronger you keep up the good wrok and don't tire you arms swating the babes away .
