I Love shoulders....... this is my fav. routine.....

Dumbbell Shoulders Press- 8/12 reps 3 sets
Front shoulder lateral raise- 8/12 reps 3sets
Lateral dumbbell raise- 8/12 reps 3 sets
Front barbell lateral raise 8/12 reps 3 sets
lat Flyes- 8/12 reps & 3 sets

I know that is a lot but I do light weight cause I mostly tone .... But this rocks...... if you heavy weight talk about some results man...... I love this routine :) :)
