I recently discovered this through an attorney friend of mine.

its a lawsuit against prohormone sellers and manufacturers for false claims of prohormones.

check it out and post your opinions.

I read about this a while ago. Seems like that have them by the short hairs. If prohormones really do nothing, then they will have to pay up and trash their rep (even more than I'm trashing it for them) in the market place. If they prove they do work, then the fda will have them pulled and they'll face prosecution for selling steriods. Hehehe....

Sorry, but I don't have a lot of sympathy for companies that like to pick the pockets of the young and/or misinformed. Also, take prohormones off the market and the word "steriod" would come up less in news reports.

Completely agree. Seriously doubt that they(mfgs) would pursue the option that these things work, don't think there is enough money in it for them.

The case is a civil action lawsuit and the main defendant was EAS. There is a settlement notice in Ironman Mag, Muscle Fitness etc this month...
