BEST BREAKFAST

Hardly a Newbie
Well today i got done doing cardio , come home shake and few peices of candy for the suger.

8egg whites later, and some protein pancake mix, im in heaven, with about 60 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs yummy
 
i had water , asprin and creatine, and natty peanut butter. my head stop hurting and now my stomach hurts, lol
 
I had 1 pre workoutshake, 1 post, 6 hard bolied eggs, 1 grapefruit and 2 tbsp olive oil.......Not quite as tasty as fcats
 
I had a preworkout shake and then post workout had a 1/2 cup oatmeal mixed with natural peanut butter and a scoop of protein.
 
Post workout shake and 3 multi grain crispbreads (40 calories each, 'bout 30G carbs total) coffee black.

Anything more for now is going to make me fat and bloated.
 
I had little chocolate donuts.....the breakfast of champions.

I was in a hurry so I had a protien shake and some instant oatmeal. I wish I had more time to have a real breakfast.
 
2 chicken breasts on 3 piece of bread with 5 piece of Bacon 2Tbs of mayo and a glass of chocolate milk with 2 scops of complex carbs.

i had a mixing bowl's worth of bran flakes
2 eggs scarmbled

tomrrow i break all the rulz and eat chocolate pancakes.
 
wow- yall are sooooo good!!! Lets see I had a new strawberri/banana protein smothie that I made... (saw in a mag) not to bad....
2 wheat toast w/ natty pb
water and 2 energy pills....

snack- dried fruit & nuts
 
4 eggs with slice of muenster cheese on top, 3 strips bacon, 2 lg waffles with maple syrup no butter, protein shake (30g) and green tea. Geez, maybe that's why my BMI was so high!
 
1 Scoop of Iso-Whey before AM cardio. An hour of AM cardio. Wake up from cardio coma. 45 mins later- 2 scoops of custom protein blend and 1 tablespoon of olive oil (usually 1 1/2 while cutting but tonight I get to carb-up after lifting).
 
Hmmm, what did the poor university student manage to eat today:

-1 ryvita cracker with hummus and tuna on it
-salmon and veggies

Yah, thats it. No time for food :eek
