need little help with my diet

Just got done with a bulk cycle. Now I wanna cut but like all I wanna keep as much muscle as possible. I am currently at week two of post cycle. I am running clen 2 weeks on 2 off. I am keeping my protein up. Should I stop eating carbs and go on that all meat diet. What do you suggest?:confused:
 
in other words I wanna see my six pack. I have been skinny almost all of my life. I started gear at 167lbs about 2-3 years ago now I am at 200lbs. I am one of those people that will loose gains very quick. So I don't want to look that skinny but I do want to see my six pak. My metabolism burns cals really fast. But, I seem to loose mor muscle than fat.
 
If you are prone to loosing your gains quickly I suggest Hi Protein(350-400g day) Medium carb and medium fat(olive and or flax seed oil) and adjust accordingly
 
Big subject

Elmosback - Getting your diet right is 75% of this game whether you are on or off A/S. If you never compete and never want to lean out you can be much looser with it, but otherwise you have to plan it out.

Spend a little time with the search function and then lay out what your diet plan looks like now and we can give you better advice.

Maybe you have a good plan now, but from your first post it seems like you might not have worked out the details yet.
 
I agree with Bleed, High Protein, Med. Carbs, med. to low fat.
You can also try cycleing your carbs.
 
You said your at week 2 of your post cycle. I'd wait a while before cutting. Wait until your your natural test levels kick back in. If you diet before then you'll lose to much of the gains you've made
 
wait before cutting. butwhen you do cut, do it slowly. thats how arnold used to cut before comp to keep as much muscle as possible. doin it right now by just making sure i eat no carbs 3hrs before bed and eating as much protien as carbs. dont eat just carbs by itself. i also throw in cardio. i also take off a couple weeks after a cycle to keep muscle while test levels are low.
