Protein Shakes....

What the hell is making mine fluffy..... someone says the fat free milk and others say the ice..... what am I doing wrong...there good but they fluffy...Is everyones fluffy??? :D Help......
 
I believe it to be the type of protein and when it expires....

One of my friends is the manager of GNC down here and he told me that it makes a big difference....and for some reason strawberry is always that way...
 
fat free milk can be blended fluffy, but if you only use ashaker it whont get to fluffy!
 
Are you using a MRP with carbs or just Protein powder?
MRP's always fluff up more

Add a little Flaxseed oil it cuts the fluff and gives the shake a better mouth feel.
 
yeas I am blending it.... It is just a vanilla protein powder and I add flaxseeds not the oil.... well Im glad it is not just me then... :)
 
I jut mix it with some cold water in a glass and down it. Doesn't get fluffy.
 
the fluffy effect is the air that is added when you blend it. I just shake the shit out of mine and I have no fluff.

depends on protein

My ON 100% whey is never fluffy

Milk Protein isolate is always fluffy no matter how i mix it
