Cardio - it still sucks

It's been mentioned before and quite recently but it bares repeating.

My quest for 8% BF now has me doing a 1 hour session in the morning and a 30 min session in the PM.

I repeat- cardio sucks!

I thought your plan of watching certain movies during cardio made it a lot easier to get through.
 
I do bike i found this unfrotuantley we don't have t.v's at out gym but the niebourghing university does and i try to do most of ma cardio there truth be said it's the worst part of BBing .

Easier yes, but it still sucks!
 
sex, walking and swimming - that is my kind of cardio and nothing else. :) I hate running unless it's running around the bed room heheheh whhhooooo hoooooo!.....:saywhat:

does anyone find the eplitical to be better than the bike i have never tried it i'am too much a stickler for old ways :p

I hate the bike. Anything would be better than that bike. That's me though. ;)

I do a lifecycle for AM and a trendmill for the PM.
