wholistic approach to optimal health

Physical: regular exercise, fresh air, adequate sleep, healthy sunshine, wholesome food and human touch.

Emotional: laugh/smile often, heal past wounds, be grateful/humble, let go of anger, love yourself/others and uncover your fears.

Mental: think positively, do what you say, visualize goals, let go of judgement, develop intuition and learn from mistakes.

Spiritual: daily quite time, deep breathing, meditation/prayer, connecting with nature, and follow your heart - love, be kind, forgive.

:)

Research indicates that the mind/body connection is real. The immune system, nervous system, brain, and other vital body systems communicate and influence one another. Everything that is registered in the mind is registered in the body. Positive factors contribute to good health while negative factors result in disease. A whole-person approach to health is the way to be vitally alive.
