i'm 23 yrs old, 5'7", 165lbs... (huge i know!!)
i've been working out for a few years, but never got the diet thing down, so i never produced any real results. i'm looking to change that though.
i have a solid workout schedule, (lacks in the cardio area a bit), and i believe i know the BASICS about proper dieting to build muscle. after all that my question finally is where can i look, or what can i read so i can get some solid info on what to eat???
