Hard to swallow pills?

Does anyone have a hard time swallowing pills? When I take my suppliments, I have the most trouble with the tiny melatonin pills. It seems like the big ones go right down. Most regular sized capsules I take 2 at a time, but those damn small ones are the hardest to get down. Seems like it should be the other way around... maybe I'm inside-out?

I have a hard time w/vit c pills they start dissolving really quick so they kinda stick...

Oh about swallowing PILLS i usally prefer pill to injections dam i hate needles which is why i constantly decline to give blood .

Oh sure, Oxicontin is hard to swallow for me. Then again I do crush it up and smoke it so swallowing something I'm not trying to swallow have proven to be difficult time and time again.


Actually I pride myself in how many pills I can swallow. At one point in my life I was taking over 20 pills a day (vitamins and such). I took all of them at once to show a friend it's not that hard (she had a tough time swallowing just one pill). Actually not ALL of them, it ended up to be 17 pills though. In just one swallow. I guess I have an advanced gullet.

You can get some empty gel caps and put your melty's in there.

Meltonin are flavorless, chew them up!
