How much Fat?

This is the factor I seem to over look. Ladies, how many grams of fat do you prefer to take in per day? I have attempted 20g per day and I was extremely tired and hungry. Fats keep us satieted but it can easily be overdone. I try to stick with a flax and omega3 blend oil for my shakes and natural nut butters(mmmmm...almond and cashew). I am following 30-40g per day currently. What works for y'all?
 
hmmmm... my diet is tough for me girl... (as you can see-no abs & shit ) ;) I try to stay around 30g but that is not always the case... I am tired & hungry all the time so... LMAO... :D
I do use flax seed in my shakes as well.
 
i'd say 40-50 g of good fat from flax, fish, primrose oil, etc....

but as I get closer to competition, I reduce it to 35g..any less than that on a low cal diet and my body starts eating its own muscle for energy!! Honest...lower fat is not always better! MY avatar is proof I should have kept my fat higher! I wasted away to nothing!
