2 weeks isn't that long - I'd say a kiss and a "happy birthday".
Don't spend your money on someone that could end up being the biggest pain in the ass in two weeks. JMO.

Just be simple and thoughtful. That's normally the sweetest gift of all

yeah I wanted something under $50.
Lingerie won't work.. we're not there yet.
Cologne might work, but I wanted something that's not so practical.
Any other ideas?

Take him out to dinner. Maybe invite some of his friends to come along to a fun place...but just pay for his meal...not his friends too. lol.

Give him a hand made card
If the weather is nice - surprise him with a picnic somewhere secluded

I don't really want to cool (we both live with parents, so won't have a place). Going out to dinner... I thinkhe'll be doing that anyway (he always does.
He's 27 so video games and things for his car wont' work. And he already belongs to the gym. He has enought $$ LOL so I think he has everything he needs. I was thinking maybe something not too materialistic? But also not something I made (that could be too ugly) LOL. I'm pretty artistic, but he's not, so he might not understand.

girl... dont u know you cant ask men.... a lot of BS ideas here... lol
2 wks..... hmmmmm...depending on how much I liked this guy after 2 wks I would just prolly do the card & colonge thing....or if he was into somthing- likes sports or collects stuff something little in that area...but I would not go way out of my way to impress him. You
