yeah had to take a break seemed no matter what dosage I took I was not getting any improvements. I was plateaued and burnt-out.
I needed to clean out re-charge and feel great now on lower dosages. More is not always better easy to overdo it.

I had some personal problems with close friends dying and attended a few funeral in last few months and fucked me up a bit but over that.
