First stack?

Give us some stats, training history etc. Makes it a lot easier to advice!
 
i would say 200-400 mg of a long acting test would do a first timer just fine, no point in going nuts and satcking everything under the sun first go around bro. Maybe try cypionate at 400mgs a week for 12-16 weeks then clean out and think about what you will do next since you now will have a good idea how your body reacts to test. So next go around you will see and feel the difference in the other substance you opt to use along with test, everyone starting out should see how each thing feels like and how they respond to it, by going nuts first time out you have no idea what is doing what for you or against you in the way of side effects.
 
25 male, 188 pounds, lean, 2 years of serious bodybuilding. My goals are to gain mass. I want to gain 15-20 pounds.
 
ONe other thing.. I want to keep my gains. I also hate how my face blowes up when i retain water.

My goal is to stay lifting till i get to a good size I can live with for the rest of my life then I will go back into swimming and running.

I hate to gain all this mass from roids and lose it all
