hello ladies this where I jump in here and ask for some advice on a womans cycle.
Goals: she wants to lose fat while gaining lean muscle. lose 25 pounds of fat at least
workout: aerobic 3 times a week w/med to light weights
food: relatively clean said "some junk food"
stats: 5'8 145
kid fat she said:last one 3 years ago

Motivation: Highly motivated I see here every morning at the gym trying her heart out.


ok heres the deal ,she is my old friends girlfriend and she wants to do a cycle again and this time wants to know what ladies recommend. she wants to know what have you tried and worked for you in something close to this area.

Now I know that some bulking will occur she is ok for now, but needs to do more cardio, (in my opinion) she is on her second child so I think you ladies understand, kids are old enough so its all good..
any ladies offer any opinions or advice I can pass along. I will request this thread be deleted after two weeks. thanks ladies.
 
Ok, IMO, she needs to get leaner before taking any AAS - I am talking about 12-16% BF here. The more fat a person has on their body, the less effective the AAS will be. Also, AAS are NOT for reducing BF.

I would start her on lifting heavy (10-12 reps) and maxing out on her last set. I would also get her doing a 4 day split : chest/tris, back/bi's, legs and shoulders with no more than 4 exercises per body part. This will help her gain lean mass (therefore increasing her overall metabolic rate , thereby decreasing fat).

Next and most improtantly, she has to clean her diet up. IMHO, diet is about 80% of the way a person looks. Clean protein should be the focus of every meal with the first 2-3 meals of the day including a complex carb (whole oats, brown rice or sweet potatoes) and the last 2-3 should have green veggies (as much as she wants). Drink WATER! LOTS - at least 4 Litres a day! If she wants to do cardio, I would recommend 4-5 times per week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For fat, she should eat fat from fish, flax, evening primrose oil . She should get at least 40g of good fat a day!

As a maternity nurse, I do not believe having a baby is an excuse to let yourself get out of shape. I see women I care for who bounce back the same day and are ready to get the show on the road!

As far as doing a cycle, when she gets a bit leaner, she could try EQ (my fave), winny, anavar or primo (a lot of fakes out there so watch out). My personal fave is EQ. You don't get the bloat and the gains u make are solid. I take 25 mg EOD and I love it.
