Can anyone help me?? I'm a woman looking to cut up. I have been lifting for years on my own and I eat right ALL the time. I talk to my Doctor who gave me info on Anavar, and HGH. So expensive being a single Mom forever. Does anyone have info on what else I can do? I'm sick of being stagnent. Thanks for you time.

girl...if diet is not an issue and you wrok out hard you should just be fine with some fat burners.....

what are you stats and goals sweetie....

I'm not looking to compete. I don't know what my stats are. I am sorry for sounding like an idiot. I am however tired of looking the same. I do 2o minutes of hard, pain cardio four days a week, I also work on two body parts per day. What fat burners do you recommend? Anything else that you could recommend would be great. Again, thanks for your time. You are probably saving me from chucking it all in because I cannot get my stomach and arms cut. No matter what I do. Heavy, lite, protein. I'm getting sick of it.

what are your weightlifting sessions like?? try mayb lifting only one part a day....a little more concentrated on the weight then the diet....up the protein some as well

Stats like the following are important even when recomending OTC supplements.
1. Age?
2. Health?
3. Weight?
4. Height?

It would be good to know a little more about your diet.

1. total Cal. per day
2. # of meals
3. % of Prot. , Fat, Carbs

It sounds to me like your looking for a magic pill so you won’t have to work as hard. If I’m wrong I’m glad I am. There is no magic pill. Those who take steroids have to work just as hard if not harder. Your diet become even more important and so does your training.
You said you eat right all the time but how do you know you’re eating right? Everybody’s body reacts different to everything. If my wife ate my cutting diet she would turn in to a fat cow. If I ate my workout partners bulking diet I would turn in to a skinny bitch. My point is what works for someone else many not work for you. Post up your diet and I’m sure we can help.
There are many ways to “cut up” and “lean out” that should be done before ever thinking about steroids. Like the others said post up your states and I’m sure you will a lot of help.

No, not looking for a magic pill. Just looking forward. I am a flight attendant, and am on the road a lot. I do work just one body part per day. I am 5'5" 118 lbs I am 42 and I just had a checkup, blood work, heart all that and I am happy and blessed, I am in excellent health. I am a vegetarian. I eat a lot of soy. I have a severe allergy to Dairy. I eat about six meals a day. I have one cup of soy milk in the morning with a cup of soy cereal. Then mid morning I have two soy pancakes with sugar free jam. Aftenoon I have plain tunafish out of the can with soy mayo. Then about two hours later I always have a salad, soy dressing, and with some hard boiled eggs on top. Then before I go to bed, I usually have some peanuts, and some soy Icecream. all right I can hear the cackling from here!! I don't wear fur, EVER, my boots are not Leather, and I never eat meat.

Calculate your Maco Nutrients % carbs, % fat and %protein.
How many total calories do you eat a day and how many meals.
You say you eat right all the time - are you sure you are eating right for fat loss.
Anavar and HGH will not do much for you if your diet and training is not in order.
Give us some more info and maybe we can help.

I thkn one of the big things you are missing in your regiment is protein, there is just not much of it in your diet, i would say for a woman you weight you should aim atleast at 150gm of protein per day...however being a vegaterian can be hurtfull trying to get all that portein, ever considered some whey protein shakes, i think the low calories & cardio are adding to the problem as you do not have sufficiant amount of protein in your diet you are burning muscle for fuel as well as fat ...and that is no win sitiuation as muscle is the only metabolicly active tissue, so the more you have the more calories you burn just sitting around...i do not think the drugs are an issue here and i think you can reach your goals with slight adjustments to you diet, and addition of over the counter fat burners as stated above...good luck...XXL
