stats, 6'2 at 228lbs. not realy sure about the body fat in those pics they are about 6months old...bf prob around 11-13..

Thanx a lot everyone, im happy to be here...
Body2see, I brush after every meal after all I eat 5-7meals a day..I even bring a tooth brush and paste to work..if ur having any problems getting ur teeth white I would strongly support-recommend "crest extra whitening"
try to brush at least 3x's a day!
