Well DG I came by to check the place out. Looks like a nice set up. Looks like you have lots of Smart members over here also. A little history about myself. I am am mod at anabolic freakz with DG. I Have been training since I was 18 years old I am now 28. I have using AAS for maybe the last three or four years. I have several cycles under my belt I am 6'3'' at 240 lbs. If I lean out i figure I should come in around 220 lbs. My goal for this winter is to add around 10 lbs lean mass to my frame before April. I would really love to add 30 lbs lean mass in the same time frame but know that is going to be a hard fight. If I fall between those two marks I will be a happy man. I am planning on running a long cycle thru September 04. I was hoping to be back on by now but due to a rotator cuff injury in August I am trying to slowly work my way back into heavy weight again. I hope this gives everyone an insight in to my mind and goals for the future.

Welcome to MC lets rebuild

Thank you all for the warm welcome. As for my shoulder this is th third time in four years I have hurt it. Each time I have done psychical therapy and got it strong before I push on again. The bad things is one of my favorite lifts is standing military press. Hell last week I got 225 up for 3 reps again. Before the injury I as throwing up 225 for 8. I am having to take this week off as my shoulder is sore. Not a muscle soreness but a deeper different soreness. Once I get all my "super supplements" together I will lay out my next cycle for everyone to pick apart.

wow it sucks his g/f's mother had aneurysm over the phone talking to him as she was going to hospital not feeling well and he had to teach his g/f over phone how to give cpr on like Thursday.
I just found out she died he's going to funeral today, she also had TB and he is being tested.
