Ladies, have a question about yohimburn

My wife was interested in trying yohimburn applied topically on the backs of her legs. I asked the guys what their results were and it was maybe 50/50. I was interested in hearing the female perspective on this stuff. I figured since it was suppose to help trim estrogenic fat deposits maybe women would respond better/differently.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Is there a reason that your wife wants to use the topical stuff? I've taken yohimbe HCL in the capsules (looks a lot cheaper than the topical, too) and its worked well for me. I used 3mg pills twice a day (in combination with an ECA) and its gotten rid of the dreaded saddlebags...hope this helps.

Keep me honest Randy...yeah, I am taking 8mg 2x/day...and it is the herbal form. That's what I get for not having the bottle in front of me when I post...works well though.

I wanted to try yohimbe but everything I read only said how it helps male performance. But, I 've noticed newer fat burners are incorporating yohimbe now. I was just worried it may have some negative side effects for a woman??? Don't know someone set me straight please.

I think that yohimbe was introduced to help male sexual function but that it also works to help either sex burn more fat. I've had success with it and no negative side effects. You can start out taking half of a pill and make sure that it doesn't make you too jittery then adjust from there.
