Breath Rite Nasal Strips

Have any of you used these things? I got some actually for my wife. I'm a lite sleeper and she has had a terrible cold. She sounds like darth vader when she sleeps. She told me she wouldn't wear them unless I wore one too.
Those things are great. I could breath so much better when I put one on I couldn't believe it. I've got the best sleep the last two nights since I tried them.
If you have problems sleeping or with snoring give them a try. You'll sleep like a rock all nigtht.

My GF got me some because I snore like a bitch. They seemed to help a little. Then we got the spray from the same company, now that worked like a charm. Even when I've been drinking the spray helps the snoring.

yes i see alot of people ware them in sports.
I got some samples iam going to try one tonight anything for a good nights sleep.
I never heard of the spray either.

My wife hates wearing those things but I just can't sleep if she doesn't. I don't know why she wouldn't want to. I've been wearing them for the last 3 nights now and I've been sleeping great.

Yes that is true but if she doesn't admitt she has a snoring problem then she going to continue to have a elbow in the ribs every 10 minutest problem.

I picked up that breath rite spray this weekend. Works great. Looks like I'll finally be getting some sleep.
