I like my food cooked.... I don't think you get any benifit out of raw eggs. If you want eggs in your shake try a product called "All Whites". It's pasturized egg whites. It comes in a container you should be able to find it in the egg isle. Mix that with your protien powder a little skim milk and a bannana. Tastes great and it's quick to throw together.

Yeah, I can't do the raw egg thing. Although, my dad drank raw eggs mixed with whole milk when he was a growing boy. Now he's obese. I'm not saying the two are related, I'm just saying he's fat.

LMAO @ jaywooly...I mean your dad. lol.

Why do old men that don't work out think raw eggs will make you huge? (no offense to any of the more "mature" guys. lol) My dad tells me to do this all the time when he sees that I'm getting bigger...um, no...

It's gross first off and secondly just get some protein powder for god's sake.

Raw eggs contain a chemical (can't recall the name now) the interferes with the uptake of one of the B vitamins.

What would be the benefit?... Ease of consumption? Compare the price for g. protein with protein powder..

I think there are like 7 g. protein in a whole egg, about 3-4 g in an egg white. Eat just whites an you have to eat 8 egg whites to get what's in 1 scoop of protein powder....
