Welcome to MC....You're at a point in your life where you will see more natural gains than any other time. Enjoy the next few years. Keep your diet in check and train smart. You'll see great results.

Bro, just stick the diet and train hard. You have a good base to work with.

Shoot for 250-300g of protein and 3500 calories per day. You should be packing on the muscle in no time at all. Just be patient and it will come.

Welcome Cutliss!!

The above is great advice. Can't really know how you're progressing w/o progress pics, stats, etc.

For now, work on everything and DON'T neglect your legs. If it creates more enthusiams for that idea, chicks dig good legs (and an ass) on a guy moreso than arms, chest, etc.

thanx saturn...nobody else has anything to say??

Yeah, tell your mom to take down that 'Nemo' border in the bathroom, bro. LOL Just messing with you.

Ahhh, the teenage years. I remember them well. You have no problem, it seems, with bodyfat levels so eat your ass off - alot of protein and train with the basics. You should grow like a weed right now, bro.

If you like, shoot me your training program and diet and I will give you some advice on it.

Just keep your Cal. Protein regiment in check and you should be ok. at least 200-250g/ed Look into purchasing some glutamine and make sure you keep track of your amino acids... to help with muscle recovery.

been there done that. but mine was worse.
i was 18 and weighed 134 standing at 6'.
bought me some weight gainer, protien mix, worked my ass off, at like a cow, and got up to 167 in a year without as because i didnt have the money for it. its all about what you eat.

Never stop growing

Yeah, I was 16 and 143lbs when i began lifting. It not only changes your body but it also changed my life. Lifting adds the perfect balance to one's way of life and outlook on life. Train hard and focus on goals the rest is just time dude.

p.s. Eat, train, and rest.
