SuzyQ's - the starting point!

I'm not really training for any particular event - I don't have any delusions of competing (too old for that!). But I do want to define and grow my muscles a bit, especially in my arms. I'm not looking to gain any mass in my legs at all, but I'd like to have more definition there. And I want a six-pack!
 
Go Suzy!!! DOn't give up too soon on competing and especially on adding leg mass. I think y ou would like how it would look. ;)

That's what CC keeps telling me about the legs, too. I just like that tall, thin look. You know, Victoria Secret model thin. lol

Actually, I recently lost about 1-2 inches in my thighs, due to an accident which kept me from eating for three weeks and lifting for six weeks. I know I lost some muscle with that, but I'm really not sure I want to gain it back. I like the way my pants fit!
 
I haven't checked my body fat in a while. It was about 16% the last time, but that was before I lost a bit of weight.
