Well it's monday. I hope you all have a good day. Me I'm here in hell serving out my weekly sentance. I did legs last night for the first time since spraining my ankle. It went ok. I'm a little sore but I kept it light. Next week I'll try to add some more weight and throw squats back in the mix.

Actually Newbie is kind of insulting..... But I get your point....

So how many posts do I need before my title changes??? And what will it say??? "All Knowing God" Would be nice...... LMAO!!
 
I think it's like 50 then it changes to member....I can see if we can change it to "big throbbing member".
 
lmfao..... Big throbbing member would be great. If you can promise me a wicked title like that.... I would promise 50 posts by the end of the day.... :D
