I have found that there isn't much point to it unless you want to get loaded

Maybe 2-3 beers a month.

Will have a few over the holidays.

sometimes I'll have some every weekend and sometimes I'll go a month or more without any. And when I do it is rarely to the point of getting trashed.

I very rarely get hammered..... While on cycle I try not to drink at all..... and that turns into a few drinks once every few weeks or so...

Nope never done that! I would be pretty freaked out by that... If you do it again or even coff blood up now your straight - I'd go and see a Doc for sure!

I love beer. However, I have only had beer for the 2 months that I was out of the gym with the shingles. Seriously, I really only drank it at night so that I could sleep. *yikes*

That is the only drinking I have done in 2003. In fact, I still have almost a case of NewCastle in the fridge if anyone wants to come over and drink it. hehe

A friend of mine did that from time to time. But this man was heavily into alcohol. He drank several 40's a night and some hard ED for about 5 years. he's not doing so well right now, actually pretty bad health-wise. And he's like 27.
