Pins and needles in my arms it sucks - woke me up this morning.

What the hell cause this?

j/k bro.... It is usually caused by lack of blood flow to that body part.... So usually the position it is in, is cutting the circulation off a bit...

Gh does it to me... ( IGF too )
especially after working back. I think its a nerve being irritated by the rhomboid muscle

if it starts getting consistant, then you might want to visit the doc for a nerve test. it might be the start of carpel tunnel. kidrok just went through it so he can comment further.

I have the same problem occassionally

mine started after I gained 27 lbs on my last cycle

precycle i was 190 @ 20%bf
after I was 217 lbs @ 19%bf

now precycle again 197 lbs @ 14-15%

hopefully this arm tingling doesn't start again

I have that problem all the time....Dr thinks it's from carpel tunnel.
