veins across the quads - wow

Some of you guys may know I am turning 40 this weekend. Well I have been cutting so that the first old man joke at my birthday party my shirt is fucking coming off.

Dpsquat has been helping me and what a difference from trying this on my own in the past.

The other night - I carbed up and had veins running across my quads and shins - it was cool as hell -never had this happen before.

I am starting to see what a small window you guys that compete can have to be "dead-on" for a show.

Well we are having a Luau and I have threatened to wear just a grass skirt.

SuzyQ hired some Hula dancers for the party - so you know they will be dragging my ass to the dance floor to try and embarrass me. So the shirt will come off ..lol

This is my "dry run" to see how I can come in for this sunday. I don't want to do my first show next year cold.
SuzyQ is going to take some pics sunday afternoon before the party - I put a few up monday.

There is no secret that I like to look at the stripper and SuzyQ will go with me if its a nice place.

I get the crap daily from the 25-30 year olds I work with. BUT the cant hang in the gym with me. My running line is " you can only aspire to were I am" or "Im on the down hill side and your are in your prime, whats the problem?" .... that usuall shuts them up! Have a great Birthday! 40 is just another number
