Anal About Meal Timing?

Well Skip said I need to eat a meal every 2.5 hours. So if I am awake I try my damndest to get it done. I don't want to end up at my show looking like shit and it being all my fault. So today I had to take a wicked shit. But I also needed to eat. Long story short I am eating a chicken breast on the crapper-thinking I wonder If I took this to far. LOL
