Sick

Boy, do I feel like shit. I think I'm coming down with a sinus infection. Head ache, sinus congestion, bloody mucus....pretty gross.

I want to just go home sick from work and just rest..I hate being sick...

get well bro. i just got over my torn quad and the flu. missed ten days at the gym. first day back today. funny how we can move massive weights and one little microscopic bug can kick our ass!

back to square one!
