Clen- How much should a 135lb girl take?

Would a 135lb 22 year old need to go as high as 180mcg per day? with liq.Clen? that seams to be what it takes for her to feel it kickin.
it was the same with clwn tabs also.

Just making sure this is a safe amount...seams high for the body wt.
 
ya, two weeks on two off. First time user and shes worried about the effects. Wants to know if it raises blood preasher and if stroke effect also. takes alot to kick in seems like to me?
 
She is taking higher than the usual dose. It does have the potential to raise blood pressure; has she had her's checked? Even though she may not feel it "kickin" has it lead to weight loss? For example, I lose weight on an ECA but can't feel its effects, even when I sleep (no trouble falling asleep with them, either). You can read more about clen in the drug profiles section; Kidrock has a post about normal doses and side effects.
 
Most women are taking in the 80mcg range..... I wouldn't recommend higher then that.

Wow. When I took clen before I was at 80 mcg and felt it. That stuff works relly good imo. I couldn't imagine 180mcg that would make me restless.
 
Thanks for all the info... I'm trying to get to 120lbs. exercise is great and diet is good. (okay) nothing seems to help me loose the extra baby weight. gained 70lbs with him!!!!! What can I say, I love food, maybe a little to much. N-e way what would a good cycle look like, what should my calorie intake be, i avarage around 1200 1500 per day. Am I doing everything right? I try to avoid sweets but dont deprive myself. any advice?
 
Well with clen, you would use the clen for two weeks, then use ECA for 2 weeks, then back to clen... etc....

Clen should be stepped up... so start at say 20 or 40mcg and step up to 80 going up every 2nd day or so.... go to your max say 80mcg, then stay there for the rest of the two weeks before switching to ECA.
