I'm always fealing bloated. Sometimes so much I cant zip my pants! what could it be caused from? Also on my first cycle of clen day 5 want to know if my callorie intake is okay, I avarage 1,350 1,500 per day.. I'm 135lbs....???? Don't seem to loose any weight should I go down on calorie intake? Want to loose the extra baby weight...

I get bloated if I eat too much cheese, but it could be hormones, too. I would recommend drinking more water, that helps me with bloating. Is your calorie intake a reduction from before? If not, try going a little lower, but nothing too drastic (like 1200 calories). Try not to get impatient, either, it could take a little while to lose the weight or for the weight loss to start. Are you taking an ECA with the clen?

i was thinking the same thing why you might not be losing weight. how about some other info for us. are you doing cardio? what's the breakdown of your calories for protein, fat , carbs? if you give us some of this, there might be something we can help you modify.

I get bloated alot too. I think mine is caused by starches, especially bread and bagels. I used to think it was dairy, but now I'm not sure. I agree with Redrocks that water intake tends to lessen the bloating.

I have "irritable bowl syndrome" (IBS), and fats also cause bloating for me because of this. Nuts just KILL me. You may want to talk to a gastroenterologist if you think it's the fats that bother you.

I bloat on complex carbs of any variety. If I know they are on the menu, I go with stretchy pants lol

I feel better knowing I'm not the only one bothered by carbs. I thought I was crazy when I finally made the connection!
