Glad to be here. I love it that there is no porn here. It has no place on a serious fitness board. HB is impressed with the respect given to the women here as well. We will be around a lot more.

Yes, the respect to the women is very impressive. This is a fitness board...period. IMO there is no room for anything but respect to ourselves and to all others on the board. This will be my new board of choice.
