It is so hard to eat right and get in my workouts when I'm on the road. I'm in the middle of a road trip back to WI from VA for the holidays - ugg. But it keeps peace in the family so here I am.

Actually I had a great workout at a gym in Ohio on Sunday - owned by a guy who I met on the boards which was cool, and today at a Golds in Appleton, WI. Eating right is much harder. I enjoy the "bad" food when I eat it, but often feel sick to my stomach hours later - can anyone relate to this? I have been trying to eat clean for so long I really don't enjoy crap food any more. Too much sweet stuff just does not agree with me anymore.

Anyway - have a great Christmas everyone! VA MADDOG

I agree, being on the go it's very hard to eat clean. You're not cutting during this time of the year are you?

Anyway, I think for the most part it takes you out of your daily routine.

i can relate to that. the bad food will send you running if you've been eating clean for a while.

No not cutting this time of year, just trying to stay fairly close to my normal eating routine. Just being busy and running from relative to relative makes it hard to get in my normal 6 meals/day.

I'm not going to get all bent over it, things will settle down again when I get back home next week.

I'm with you on the eating part. After eating clean for so long my body just can't seem to handle that kind of richness anymore.

Personally I enjoy my workouts away from home. New equipment and enviornments mix it up a little and keep it fun.
