From what I've been reading, many people are shooting their IGF post-workout. Does this mean you lift, drive home, pull the IGF out of the fridge, and then shoot? I assume this because most are storing their vials in the fridge/freezer.
I'm just curious as post-workout shots would not fit my situation (I train mid-afternoon and don't get home until late evening). My options for injection times would have to be in the morning before work or when I get home.
Also, has anyone experienced drowsiness/fatigue after an IGF injection? That too would determine if I shoot in the morning vs. the evening. I'm enough of a zombie in the morning as it stands.
Thanks for the input folks.
