good music download sites?

are any out there other than kazaa? i don't want the ones that require you to 40 billion gigs of share files before you can play!

i just want to explore my options!

I don't really know anyontehrs than kazaa and Dc++, dc++ u gotta share alot of gigs Don't like it either coz my harddrive isn't that big, but kazaa is enough for me

I like kazaa better than winmx.. easier, coz I've always used it... mx is kind of new to me

I used to use grokster and it didn't require you to share songs. the downside if it loads a bunch of other junk on your pc. If you're good with the pc you could probably clean it all off and just leave the grokster software.

yeah.. programs like Kazaa and others have ALOT of spywares in it.. hate that!

WinMX is spyware free, and doesn't require you to share files.

Its not very user friendly but then again, all the freaking spyware with kazaa isn't either.

kazaa lite is spyware free and no sharing, also you can pick nodes that act as servers
so pick your own server
also and updated list of bad ip's so you do not get busted.
