winter bulking

Right now, I'm weighin about 220 @ 8-9%. Planning on bulking for another 6-8 weeks and gettin up to 230-235, then I will begin dieting for my first show. Running cyp and eq now, adding some winny and var later. No leg pics but I'll post some later. Here we go...

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Much appreciated. I lost a good bit of size after coming off in July but I'm getting it back. I've been hitting the weights hard...so hard, I threw my back out last week on the leg press...couldn't walk for 2 days but I recovered quickly. I'll keep these updated as I continue to bulk.

Thanks bro. As far as my delt and back routines go, nothing unusual.

A typical delt workout:

4 sets Military Presses
135 x 15
155 x 10
175 x 8
185 x 7

3 sets side laterals
30s for 15
35s for 12
40s for 8
(drop set) 25s for 8, 15s till burnt

3 sets reverse pec deck
165 x 20
180 x 12
195 x 10
(drop set) 135 x 10

I might even throw in 3 sets of DB presses after the BB presses if I feel good.

A typical Back Workout:

4 sets of wide-grip chins @ bodyweight (220)
15, 12, 10, 6

4 sets of bent BB rows
185 x 12
205 x 8
225 x 7
225 x 6

3 sets on Hammer Strength High Pull
4 plates x 15
6 plates x 10
6 plates x 8

or, I'll do close grip pulldowns for 3 sets

3 sets of DB rows
90 for 12
100 for 10
110 for 8

4 sets of deads
225 x 20
315 x 12
405 x 8
495 x 3

I change things every time though.

There's no way in hell I can do deads first. My back is so pumped after doing deads I can hardly walk sometimes let alone do a full workout after that. lol.

damn bro, ur stayin lean too. how tall are u? how many cals u takin in? im 5'7 228 @ about 10%. im eating 3760 and not losing a pound. just trying to fine tune my diet. thanks.

I'm 6' 1/2" and I'm taking in about 4,500 cals/day...450P/500C/70F

Thanks for the comments bro. I did mean this would be my first show ever. I started thinking about competing last year but I've been putting it off to add more size. Looks like I won't be competing now until September (NPC MD State) because a conflict came up with the show I was planning to do in April. I still think I need much more size so I'm extending my bulking, which will be nice. Thanks for the advice!
